We want you to love your strap. This policy explains your right to cancel, how to return an item, and how refunds work. It does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, tell us clearly within that period by emailing royalpopswatches@gmail.com. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.
Condition of returned items
Returned items must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition and packaging, including the adapter. Items that show signs of wear or are damaged through misuse may have their refund reduced or refused.
How to return an item
- Email royalpopswatches@gmail.com with your order reference and the reason for return.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Pack the item securely, including the adapter and packaging.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items lost on their way back to us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, normally within 14 days. For withdrawals, we refund the price of the goods; original shipping is refunded in line with applicable consumer law.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within a reasonable time at royalpopswatches@gmail.com with photos. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund as required by law, and we cover return shipping in these cases.
Limited-edition note
Where an item is made or personalised to your specific configuration, statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply; we will always tell you clearly before you pay if this is the case.
